This is the beautiful feeling I work for. Standing in the completed lobby of Uttarakhand Niwas in New Delhi, a project I poured my heart into. We designed this space to be a grand welcome that reflects the rich Pahari culture and art.

My process for both commercial and residential projects is rooted in transparency and thorough planning:
- Commercial Expertise: From retail shops on the Mussoorie diversion to healthcare clinics, I focus on zoning and flow. A store layout should guide your customer, while a dental clinic should feel like a sanctuary rather than a cold, clinical space.
- The 3D Advantage: I insist on 3D visualization for all my projects. It allows us to finalize everything from your flooring materials to the exact Kelvin temperature of the lights—whether we need 3000K for a warm lobby or 6000K for a high-focus office zone.
- A Local Touch: Being based in Dehradun, I love infusing the soul of Uttarakhand into my work. You will often see elements of Pahadi culture, Aipan art, or natural, local materials that make a space feel rooted and unique.
