For days when I want something light but satisfying, our Barley Risotto is perfect. It's incredibly creamy without any saturated fat, made with barley instead of rice, and packed with protein from edamame. It's Italian comfort food, reimagined.

Our Avocado Toast is a beautiful and nutritious snack. We serve tangy guacamole on our in-house whole-wheat baguette, topped with nutrient-rich seeds and microgreens, with a side of fresh salad.

Our Desi Wrap is the perfect meal on the go. It's loaded with protein-packed tofu and colorful bell peppers, all wrapped up with a tangy mint chutney. It’s a burst of Indian flavors that will love you back.

About Wholesome Meals & Snacks

Take our Barley Risotto. Instead of traditional rice and heavy cream, I use barley to provide a deeper, nuttier texture and fold in edamame for a clean protein hit. It gives you the familiar comfort of a warm Italian dish while remaining entirely oil-free and easy on your digestion.

At Justbe, I believe that what you eat should be an act of kindness toward your body. My philosophy is simple: no refined sugar, no maida, and absolutely no oil. Whether you are looking for a quick lunch or a comforting snack, every item on the menu is crafted to nourish you from the inside out.

From my 'Desi Wrap' featuring protein-rich tofu and crisp bell peppers to the avocado toast served on my in-house whole-wheat baguette, I want to show you that plant-based food is anything but boring. It is about depth, heritage, and the feeling of home.

I also run 'Meals on Wheels' for those who want this nourishment delivered directly to their home or office in Bengaluru. You can choose from soup and salad boxes or full five-course meals that include everything from starters to dessert. If you have specific dietary goals or allergies, please let me know. I focus on whole foods, fiber, and complex carbohydrates to ensure you get a balanced meal that sustains your energy throughout the day without the heavy slump that often follows a large meal.

Because everything is prepared fresh without preservatives, I request a 24-hour notice for specific meal orders. This allows me to source the best ingredients and ensure that when the food reaches you, it is as fresh as if I had just cooked it in my own kitchen.
