My studio in Sector 20, Noida, is built for a party, not a formal class. We have professional wooden sprung flooring to keep your joints happy, wall-to-wall mirrors to check your form, and a sound system that makes you want to move the second you walk in.
What we do
We mix fitness with fun. Most sessions are full-blown cardio dance parties. You are burning calories through Zumba, Bolly Fit Funk, or Aerobics without even realizing it. We also include 10 to 15 minutes of dedicated floor work like core and leg drills to ensure you are getting stronger, not just moving around.
