Our new plastic jar option was introduced to solve this. It is lighter, much more durable during transit, and helps us keep shipping costs reasonable for single-jar orders. Whether you choose plastic or glass, the taste inside is unchanged. Every batch is still hand-cut and sun-dried in the villages of Mithila by our team of women artisans.
