I make chutneys that taste like home - pura asli Bihari touch, bilkul ghar ki rasoi se (straight from the home kitchen). The recipes are old - passed down from nani-dadi, loaded with real flavors and pyar.
What Makes Our Chutneys Special
- We don’t do mass production. Each jar comes from small batches, just like we’d make for our own family.
- Our chunky tomato garlic chutney is a family classic. It’s spicy, tangy, and you’ll see bits of tomato, lehsun (garlic), mirch (green chili), ginger, and curry leaves in every spoon.
- Slow-cooked in pure mustard oil for that bold, desi taste.
How We Eat It
Versatile hai! Goes with paratha, poori, dal-chawal, and even Dhuska Chaat. Sometimes I just scoop it straight from the jar - no shame.

My Story
Namaste ji, hum JhaJi Store waale. Kahani shuru hui jab Kalpana ji ne socha, ab kuch apne liye karein. Pandemic mein, jab sab ruk gaya, humne apne Mithila ka asli swaad duniya tak pahunchane ka socha. Ghar ki kitchen se shuru, Shark Tank tak pahunche. Aaj, hum sirf achaar nahi, yaadein bechte hain. Humare saath 70 se zyada gaon ki mahilayein bhi apne pairon pe khadi ho gayi hain. JhaJi Store - ghar se door rehne walon ke liye ek yaad.
My Work
Mithila Homemade Pickles & Chutneys - Banate hain Lal Mirch Bharua, Kathal, Aam, Oal, Amra, Nimbu, Amla, aur special tomato garlic chutney. Makhana kheer mix bhi hai.
Ghar ke Aangan ka Swaad - Sab kuch haath se banta hai, nani-dadi ki recipes, chhote batch mein. Sun-dried, bina preservatives, sirf salt, oil aur patience.
Seasonal Ingredients, Local Flavours - Kalkatiya mango pickle Darbhanga ka hai, sab kuch Bihar ki mitti se. Taste aata hai nature ke rhythm se, cold storage se nahi.
