Signature Indoor Ballroom Decor
The Stage & Mandap
- Structure: A grand 24ft to 30ft wide stage backdrop featuring architectural elements like Mughal jaali arches, fiber pillars, or mirrored panels.
- Florals: High-density floral arrangement on the backdrop header and pillars. Uses a 60/40 mix of real Indian blooms (Tuberoses) and high-grade artificial flowers (Hydrangeas, Orchids) for volume.
- Mandap Setup: 4-pillar open canopy design or a sprawling sofa setup with carpeted flooring in neutral beige or champagne tones.
- Couple Seating: Premium 2-seater Maharaja sofa or contemporary chic couch sourced from high-end rental partners.
Entrance & Walkway
- Welcome Arch: 10ft wide themed entrance gate, such as a floral tunnel or structural arch with neon/acrylic branding.
- Aisle Decor: 20ft to 30ft runway leading to the stage, featuring either a printed vinyl dance floor or a red/white carpet.
- Aisle Markers: 6 to 8 matching floral pedestals or tall candelabras lining the path.
Guest Furniture & Experience
- Seating Mix: Includes up to 100 Premium Chiavari or Napoleon chairs (Gold/Clear/White) with cushions.
- VIP Lounges: 2 to 3 dedicated lounge pockets using upholstered sofas (Chesterfield style), coffee tables, and rugs.
- Table Scapes: Centerpieces for up to 30 round tables using tall brass vases with floral bouquets or glass candelabras.
Lighting & Ambience

Grand Architectural Mandap
- Structure: A massive, bespoke central structure (Dome, Thatch, or Palace style) raised on a platform. Internal seating area of 16ft x 16ft with an outer diameter of 30ft+.
- Ceiling Detail: Intricate ceiling work inside the mandap featuring hanging floral gardens, tuberoses strings, traditional kaleeras, or crystal chandeliers.
- Backdrop: Open-air design utilizing venue greenery or a constructed candle wall featuring hundreds of votives and floral patching.
The Royal Entry & Aisle
- Walkway: A 60ft to 100ft raised wooden aisle (essential for grass leveling), carpeted and lined with dense 1ft wide floral runners on both sides.
- Entrance Installation: A monumental entrance gate (15ft+ height) themed to the event, such as an enchanted forest or traditional palace fiber molding.
Lawn Transformation & Lighting
- Perimeter Draping: Full masking of lawn boundaries with color-coordinated fabric (20ft height) for privacy.
- Ceiling Installations: Creation of a 'False Sky' using trussing to hang thousands of fairy light strings or floral creepers over the seating area.
- Ambience: Extensive warm white wash lighting for trees and landscaping, plus architectural spot lighting for the mandap. Includes silent generator sets for power backup.
Premium Seating & Dining
- Ceremony Seating: Amphitheater-style or uniform row seating using 300+ Louis or Phoenix chairs.
- Lounge Zones: Expansive lounge areas featuring 10 to 12 sets of luxury furniture (velvet sofas, chaise lounges, marble-top coffee tables).

- For the main day, I handle everything from the first idea to the final setup. I’m obsessed with making sure every detail fits together.

- I love working on bespoke mandap design. Whether you want a floral wonderland, a regal setup with arches, or something modern and sculptural, I’ll make it happen.
- If you’re into classic styles, I can do marigold domes and banana leaf touches too.
