My process for full wedding design is about consistency. Many weddings suffer when different vendors handle separate functions, leading to clashing themes. I take a holistic view of the entire wedding flow, from the first welcome at the gates to the final varmala stage.

The Visual Journey

For a project like the 'Ivory Wedding' shown here, that meant applying soft white tones, mirrored panels, and specific floral densities across the welcome arch, the aisle, and the seating lounges. By maintaining these design cues throughout, the venue feels grounded and intentional rather than like a collection of separate setups.

Why Cohesion Matters

• Flow: Your guests experience the event in stages. I plan the transition from a vibrant welcome area to a serene mandap area so the mood shifts naturally.
• Photography: A unified theme ensures your wedding photos have a consistent look, whether you are posing at the entrance or on the main stage.
• Resource Management: By centralizing the decor, we can often reuse elements or structural assets in smarter ways, ensuring the budget goes toward impact rather than logistics.

My Approach to Venues

I have worked across top Mumbai venues like the RWITC and Taj Lands End, where I adapt my designs to the specific architecture of the space. Whether it is an open-air lawn that needs perimeter masking or a ballroom that requires ceiling installations, I assess the venue's existing light and layout before recommending a theme. If you have a specific venue in mind, I recommend booking at least four months in advance to ensure we have the lead time to source specific exotic flowers and build the custom structures your theme requires.
