Essentials Decor Package
Backdrop & Stage
A 12ft to 16ft wide stage or photo-booth backdrop featuring printed elements and 3D floral borders. Uses approx. 60% fresh local blooms like Roses or Carnations and 40% quality artificial fillers.
Entrance Setup
A standard 8ft x 8ft floral archway or a decorated welcome easel with a personalized acrylic or vinyl mirror sign.
Seating & Furniture
Uses standard venue banquet chairs dressed with premium satin or scuba tie-backs. Includes a small VIP seating cluster with 2 to 4 premium armchairs for the hosts.
Table Decor
Minimalist centerpieces using low-height glass vases or brass urlis with floating candles and petals for approx. 10 to 12 tables.
Lighting & Flooring
Basic clean carpet masking for the stage area (white or red). Basic ambient PAR can wash lighting for the stage and entrance.

Lighting & Flooring
Truss system installation for hanging crystal or floral chandeliers over the dance floor. Custom vinyl printed dance floor or aisle runner matching the theme.
Full Venue Transformation
Ceiling Installations
Massive overhead structures featuring clouds of baby's breath, hanging wisteria, or dense foliage with fairy lights that completely mask the venue ceiling.
Perimeter Masking
Full wall draping or masking (often in greens or heavy velvet) to hide existing venue walls entirely.
Structural Elements
Heavy architectural elements such as Roman pillars, 'Jaali' work arches, or mirrored gazebo structures serving as the main focal point.
Bespoke Tablescaping

- My style can go from fairytale and whimsical to full-on lavish, or even super chic and contemporary. If you’re into traditional looks, I can bring in jaali work, marigolds, and those royal palace feels too.
How I Work
- First impressions matter. I create grand entrances and dramatic structures, like floral tunnels or statement stages, so your guests know it’s special from the start.
- Florals and lighting are my jam. Think custom floral installations and opulent event lighting - ceilings covered in blooms, candle walls, or chandeliers that set the mood.
- I set up high-end lounge decor with plush seating so people actually want to hang out and enjoy.
- The little things matter. Personalized signs, unique centerpieces, and thoughtful touches tie everything together.
