Fabrication & Flooring
- Statement Backdrop: A customized 10ft-12ft wide thematic wall (e.g., foliage wall or color-blocked paneling) featuring 3D logo cutouts or custom neon tagline fabrication.
- Premium Carpet: High-pile carpeting (approx 150 sq. ft.) in brand colors or themed prints to define the zone and mask venue flooring.
Decor & Furniture
- Luxury Seating: Inclusion of 2-3 accent pieces such as Chesterfield-style velvet sofas, metallic side tables, or gold-finish consoles.
- Props: Thematic elements like gold panther sculptures, fiberglass zebras, or mirrored disco balls to create an immersive vignette.
Floral & Lighting Design
- Heavy Florals: Dense floral pasting on entrance arches or side pillars using a mix of base flowers and luxury top-layers like Orchids, Anthuriums, and Roses.
- Illumination: 6-8 LED PAR cans for color washing and specific profile spots to highlight floral details.
Full Ballroom Decor & Ceiling Installations
Overhead & Stage Decor
- Ceiling Rigging: Extensive thematic hanging elements over the dance floor or dining area, such as a cluster of 50+ disco balls or crystal strings with fairy lights.
- Stage Masking: Aesthetic framing for the main LED screen using neon borders, lush foliage, or fabric (excludes LED screen rental).
Dining & Bar Styling
- Table Centerpieces: Premium arrangements for up to 25 round tables using tall glass vases or metallic stands with exotic blooms (Hydrangeas/Lilies) and candle clusters.
- Bar Facade: Custom fascia treatment for a main bar (up to 20ft) using acrylics, mirrors, or printed flex with a floral header.
Zones & Ambience
- Experience Corner: Creation of one immersive photo zone, such as a neon-lit tunnel or a mirrored infinity room.
- Lighting & Lounge: Ambient perimeter up-lighting for the ballroom and velvet cushion styling for lounge seating areas.
Styled Grazing Table & Food Display
Infrastructure & Props
- Multi-Level Display: Usage of rustic wood logs, marble platters, and gold-finish geometric stands to create height across a 16-20ft spread.
- Ambient Lighting: Integration of battery-operated votives and slender taper candles in candelabras placed within the food arrangement.
Botanical Design
- Dense Foliage: Heavy use of ferns, eucalyptus, and premium floral bunches interspersed between platters for an overgrown luxury look.
- Styling Elements: Sourcing and placement of whole fruits and vegetables (pumpkins, grapes, artichokes) as texture and color props.
Service Note
- Scope: Covers professional styling, props, and floral decor only. Edible charcuterie (meats, cheeses, breads) to be provided by the caterer.

- Turned a hotel lobby into a living garden with sunflowers, fruits, and dessert displays for a hospitality leader.
- Designed a runway grazing table - fruits, cheeses, florals - so the food became part of the art.
