Signature Wedding & Mandap Decor
Scope & Design
- Full decor coverage for a standard 5,000 to 8,000 sq ft ballroom including entrance, walkway, and main ceremony area.
- Includes bespoke conceptualization, 3D renders, and layout planning.
The Mandap
- 12x12 or 14x14 ft grand structure (4-pillar or Dome) with fiber molds or carved wood effects.
- Ultra-high floral density using Hydrangeas, Orchids, and Roses to completely conceal structural trusses.
- Includes internal chandelier, couple seating (Sofa/Thrones), parent seating, and Havan Kund setup.
Venue Transformations
- Ceiling: 40 to 60 percent coverage with massive floral string arrays (Tuberose/Jasmine) or Wisteria hangings.
- Stage: 40x15 ft reception stage with dense floral backdrop or architectural panels.
- Walkway: Raised aisle with printed flooring or carpet, lined with 8 to 10 floral pedestals.
- Entrance: 12ft high thematic gate with heavy floral pasting.
Furniture & Lighting
- Provision for 200 to 300 premium chairs (Gold Tiffany, Ghost, or Louis style) and 2 to 3 VIP lounge sets.
- Intelligent lighting package with warm white profiles and localized spots for the Mandap.

For me, a wedding isn’t just about decorations. It’s about making people feel something special, mixing old-school charm with a fresh vibe. I like doing things big - think bold colours, dramatic spaces, and those tiny details that stick with you forever.
What I Actually Do
- I go all in, changing the whole look and feel of your venue, not just adding some pretty bits here and there. You step in and it’s like a different world.
- Those floral ceiling installations? That’s my jam. Flowers, crystals, chandeliers, all hanging above - makes the space feel totally magical.
- Custom mandap design is a big part of what I do. I shape the ceremony spot so it feels personal, beautiful, and perfect for the moment.
- Love getting creative with walkways and entrances, so your guests get that wow feeling right from the start.
- I even mess with floors, adding lit-up glass or flowers underfoot if you want.
- Luxury lounge seating corners are a must - comfy, stylish, and matching the whole theme.
Styles I Like
- If you’re into classic Indian looks, I bring in rich pastels, lotus designs, and gold accents - proper royal feels.
- For the modern crowd, I go with cool lighting, lots of glass and sleek furniture, big open setups.
- Or, if you want a garden vibe, I’ll fill the space with flowers and greenery - straight out of a storybook.
