In reality, creating these spaces involves hours of precise structural work, from setting up heavy iron scaffolds for floral canopies to hand-placing each bloom so the lighting hits it perfectly. My team works on-site to ensure every inch of the venue, whether it is a ballroom or a lawn, is structurally sound and aesthetically flawless before your guests arrive.
While the grandeur of the final setup is what you see in the gallery, the core of my service lies in the labor and logistics that happen behind the scenes.
The Anatomy of an Installation
Every event starts with structural integrity. Whether I am building a custom mandap or creating an immersive ceiling installation, my team starts by assessing the venue's architecture. We utilize truss setups and hidden masking to hide service areas and create a seamless environment. My process involves:
- Structural Planning: Before any floral is placed, we ensure load-bearing capacity for chandeliers and heavy floral installations.
- Lighting Design: We map out the venue to place PAR cans and warm washers that highlight the florals, rather than washing out the textures.
- Floral Preparation: We use a strict 60/40 mix of real Indian blooms and high-grade artificial flowers to ensure that the volume of the decor remains lush throughout the duration of your event, regardless of humidity or heat.
