Foundation Program: Kids Beginner (4-8 Years)
Technical Fundamentals
- Grip Mastery: Instruction on V-grip, Panhandle, Thumb, and Backhand grips.
- Movement Cycle: Drills covering Start, Approach, Hit, and Recover phases.
- Coordination: Static feeding drills and agility ladder work for balance.
Session Specs
- Duration: 60 minutes per session (3 to 5 days weekly).
- Shuttles: Yonex Mavis 350/500 Nylon shuttles provided.
- Ratio: High attention structure with approx 10:1 student-to-coach ratio.
Facility & Oversight
- Infrastructure: Wooden flooring with BWF certified synthetic mats and professional lighting.
- Supervision: Training by SAI Certified Assistant Coaches with oversight by Head Coach Ishant.
Competitive Performance Training (Intermediate/Advanced)
High Intensity Drills
- Multi-Shuttle Feeding: Rapid fire sets (20-50 shuttles) for speed and reaction time.
- Stroke Precision: Repetition drills for Smash, Drop, Clear, and Net Dribble.
- Tactics: Singles and Doubles strategy including service variations and deception.
Conditioning & Recovery
- Schedule: 6 days a week (Tue-Sun), 90 to 120 minutes per session.
- Fitness: Off-court sprints, endurance runs, and core strengthening.
- Health: Basic nutrition plans, diet charts, and pre-session meditation protocols.
Pro Level Resources
- Equipment: Usage of Feather Shuttles (Yonex Aeroclub/AS-2 tier) for all drills.
- Analysis: Periodic video recording for posture and footwork correction.
- Mentorship: Direct coaching from BWF Certified Head Coach Ishant.
Adult Fitness & Badminton Skills
Fitness & Technique
- Cardio Focus: Warm-up routines designed for stamina building and weight loss.
- Skill Correction: Fixing grip habits and footwork efficiency to prevent injury.
- Gameplay: Supervised rallies and friendly matches to apply techniques.
Logistics
- Timing: Flexible slots available (Morning 5-8 AM or Evening post 7 PM).
- Frequency: 3 to 5 days a week based on personal schedule.
- Shuttles: Standard Nylon shuttles included for drills and games.

Why I Coach
I’ve been on the court for over 10 years, and now I coach because I know mehnat se hi asli champion bante hain (real champions are made through hard work). I’m not just here to teach shots - I want to help you grow, whether you’re a total beginner or chasing medals.
Who Can Join
- Kids as young as 4-6, starting with basics and fun games (Badminton training for kids is my jam)
- Adults, from first-timers to those wanting to up their game
- Batches split by skill: Grassroot, Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced
- Special focus for tournament players: strategy, mental strength, and advanced badminton drills
How We Train
- We start every session with meditation - helps you focus, trust me
- Fitness is non-negotiable. Expect ground training, multi-shuttle drills, and a full badminton fitness program
- Technical drills: footwork, smashes, net play, defense, deception - all the details that matter
- I’ll keep reminding you: Ankle pe dhyan do, body weight shift karo (watch your ankle, shift your weight)
- Nutrition tips, because what you eat shows up on court

Where We Play
We train across Delhi - Vasant Kunj, Lodhi Road, Saket. All courts are indoor, BWF-approved, with both wooden and synthetic surfaces. Bahut badhiya (too good) for serious practice.

My Story
Hi, Ishant here, BWF certified coach, been with badminton for 13 years. For me, it’s not just a sport, it’s about discipline, hard work, and never giving up. I’m not only a coach - I’m a mentor, counsellor, sometimes just cheering on the side. Coaching Delhi Team for Nationals was special, but the real reward? Seeing my students win and grow. Wohi meri asli kamai hai (that’s my real earning). We sweat, we laugh, we push each other. Simple goal - help my players fly high.
My Work
Badminton Coaching for All Ages - We train kids from 4-5 years and adults, with batches for grassroot, beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels.
Holistic Training Approach - Sessions start with meditation, then ground training, technical skills, and cool-down. Multi-shuttle drills training is a must.
Fitness & Nutrition Guidance - We focus on fitness training for badminton and also guide on nutrition for better performance.
Summer Camps & Tournaments - We run badminton summer camps in Delhi and prep students for district, national, and international tournaments.
Who Can Join? - Anyone with dedication - kids, adults, or pros. All I ask is discipline and a will to work hard.
