Effective badminton training is about fixing the small things, from your grip to your footwork. Here is a look at my training philosophy in action.

A motivational reminder for all my players. In badminton, success isn't just about talent; it's about the effort you put in every single day to improve.

On the court, demonstrating a technique. I believe in leading by example and actively participating in drills to show my students the correct form.

A moment between drills. Coaching is also about building a connection with players and providing constant feedback and encouragement.

Ready for the next drill. I always emphasize keeping the energy high and making the most of our time on the court.

Explaining the nuances of a shot. Small adjustments in technique can make a big difference, and I pay close attention to these details.

In the middle of a practice game. Playing alongside my students helps me understand their game better and provide more targeted advice.

About Additional Coaching Moments

When I teach, I focus on the micro-adjustments that change your game. Whether it is correcting your V-grip or fixing the start of your movement cycle, my goal is to turn those corrections into muscle memory. It is not just about playing the shot, it is about training your body to react correctly every single time.

Training with me is intense. We do not just stand around and hit shuttles. We start with meditation to sharpen your focus, then move to ground training and multi-shuttle feeding drills. I keep a close eye on your posture, ankle placement, and body weight shift. For my intermediate and advanced players, we spend time on video analysis to break down your footwork, which is crucial for court coverage. My sessions are held in Vasant Kunj, Lodhi Road, and Saket, all on BWF-approved indoor courts with professional lighting. I run sessions for all levels, from beginners who need to learn the basics of the panhandle grip to competitive players preparing for tournaments. If you are serious about your fitness and your game, come ready to put in the work.
