Holistic Physical Literacy and Kids Boxing Classes
We swap boring drills for games that build strength, coordination, and real self-trust. Watch your child develop physical literacy in a space designed for movement, not screens.
At Invictus Play, we believe learning should be fun. Activities like tug-of-war are more than just games; they are powerful lessons in teamwork, communication, and building physical strength together.
Hear directly from one of our parents about the positive changes he's seen in his son. We focus on creating a supportive environment where children can overcome shyness, build confidence, and develop crucial social skills.
Our head coach explains the philosophy behind Invictus Play. We go beyond physical training to address the whole child, fostering interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and resilience to help them thrive in all aspects of life.
We teach children how to set and pursue their own goals. This weekly practice of setting realistic, achievable targets helps develop discipline, focus, and a sense of accomplishment that extends far beyond our gym.
This is our integrated Skill Development Model. We blend physical skills like speed and strength with psycho-social skills like decision-making and self-awareness, ensuring a holistic and balanced development for your child.
The smiles say it all. We are proud to build a strong, supportive community where kids make new friends, celebrate each other's successes, and feel a true sense of belonging.
A glimpse into the energy and variety of our sessions. From agility drills with ropes and hula hoops to fun, game-based exercises, we keep kids moving, engaged, and excited to learn.
About this collection
We do not do boring drills here. Every session uses our 'From Play to Performance' model where your child builds boxing basics and physical literacy through interactive games, not lectures. From learning stance and footwork to weekly goal-setting exercises, we ensure that the focus and discipline they build on our padded rooftop turf translate directly to their confidence at school and home.
Building Skills Beyond the Ring
Our approach is simple: kids have energy for days, but often lack a constructive way to channel it. By combining boxing discipline with sports science, we help children aged 2.5 to 13 years build more than just muscle. We focus on neuro-cognitive drills that improve reaction time and behavioural exercises that foster emotional resilience.
What Happens in a Session?
- Boxing Basics: We teach fundamental punching and footwork using games rather than lectures.
- Physical Literacy: Through bodyweight workouts and fun challenges like tug-of-war, we improve balance, agility, and coordination.
- Behavioural Development: Our on-site psychologists monitor goal setting and focus, helping kids learn to track their own progress.
Why Choose Our Vasanth Nagar Studio?
Unlike traditional gyms, we are a screen-free zone located on a secure, padded rooftop in Vasanth Nagar. We maintain a low student-to-coach ratio, typically 1:8, to ensure every child gets the attention they need. Whether your child is looking to burn off energy, improve their focus, or learn a new sport, our programs provide a safe, structured, and fun environment for their development.
Our Commitment to Your Child
We believe every child is capable of more than they think. Our coaches act as mentors, guiding students through physical and psycho-social skills. From their first trial session, where we assess physical literacy and boxing aptitude, to our monthly intensive programs, we are dedicated to helping your child build self-trust that lasts for life.
Invictus Play
We grew up in sports and saw the gap in how kids move today. We created this space to help children unlock their potential, swap screens for play, and build a foundation of self-belief that lasts a lifetime.
