About Kids' Fitness & Skill Development
What Drives Us
Kids have way more potential than most people expect. I see that wild energy, and I want to give them a place to use it, beyond phones and screens. Our sessions aren’t just about getting sweaty - they’re about learning to trust themselves and figuring things out with movement and play.
How Our Program Works
We mix physical literacy for kids and personality development in every class. Every game or drill teaches a movement skill and sneaks in a life lesson. For example, while running sprints, kids learn about teamwork and how to keep going when things get tough. Movement-based learning for children is our thing - kids learn by doing, not just listening.
What Your Child Gets
- Strength, stability, agility, speed, flexibility, balance - all covered in fun, age-appropriate ways
- Child confidence building activities, teamwork, problem-solving, and goal setting
- Group classes that build social skills and give every kid a chance to shine
- Coaches who actually care, not just shouting instructions
Who Can Join
This is for kids aged 7 to 13. Whether they’re shy or super active, we make sure everyone feels included and challenged. Twice-a-week classes give them a break from screen time and help them discover what their bodies and minds can do.
Why We Do It
My goal isn’t just to get kids moving. I want every child to leave feeling a little braver, a little stronger, and a lot more curious about what they can do next.

My Story
We see kids bursting with energy, but so much of it gets lost behind screens. That bugged us. So, we started Invictus Play. For us, play is magic. It’s not just running around - it’s that spark when a kid does something they thought was impossible. Our coaches? Most of us grew up in sports, so we get it. We just want kids to feel strong, happy, and trust themselves. That’s what drives us.
My Work
Programs for Every Kid - Physical literacy for kids, playful gymnastics classes, personality development, and our kids boxing club. Ages 2.5 to 13.
Learning Through Play - We skip boring drills. Think tug of war, tail grab - games that teach coordination and teamwork.
Building Confidence - It’s more than fitness. We help kids trust themselves, grow confident, and feel good inside.
Thoughtful Sessions - Warm-ups, skill basics, then games. Coaches watch and guide every child, every time.
Screen-Free Zone - Kids move, make friends, build healthy habits. A real space for energy, not just sitting.
