We do not use boring drills. Instead, our sessions center on games like tail grab and tug of war that naturally teach coordination and teamwork. When a child is focused on winning a game, they do not realize they are actually building critical strength and physical literacy.
At Invictus Play, we believe the best way to develop a child's fitness is to make them forget they are exercising. By blending foundational gymnastics with creative movement challenges, we create an environment where kids aged 2.5 to 13 are eager to participate.
Our curriculum is structured to support development at every level. We start with simple movement vocabulary like rotational egg rolls and pogo jumps to build basic control. As children progress, we introduce them to apparatus like parallel bars and rings, focusing on grip strength and spatial awareness.
Beyond the physical benefits, our program is designed to build character. We integrate psychologist-led goal-setting circles and bio-motor tracking to help children monitor their own progress in flexibility and movement quality. This approach helps shy children gain confidence and high-energy kids find a positive outlet for their movement. Located in Vasanth Nagar, our rooftop studio provides a safe, impact-absorbing space for all activities.
