Fun, Games & Teamwork: Gymnastics for Kids in Panathur
We believe gymnastics should be as fun as it is challenging. Our classes turn movement into play, helping your child build strength, confidence, and lasting friendships along the way.
We love adding fun challenges to our training. Here, our intermediate students practice walking on the balance beam while using a hula hoop to test their multitasking skills.
Aerobic gymnastics is all about collaboration and synchronization. Watch our gymnasts work together to create seamless and dynamic partner lifts and poses.
"If the plan doesn't work, change the plan, not the goal." Our aerobic gymnasts practice a complex partner lift, showing their strength and trust in each other.
Fun and recreational gymnastics for beginners. We use partner acro-stunts like these to develop balance, coordination, and teamwork in a playful way.

Two-person back arch bridges are a fun recreational activity for our beginners. It's a great way to work on flexibility and strength with a partner.

About Fun, Games & Teamwork
It is a common misconception that gymnastics is purely a solitary sport focused on repetitive drills. At our Panathur facility, we do things differently. Whether it is navigating a balance beam while handling a hula hoop or mastering a partner cartwheel, we use collaborative games to teach coordination and trust. You will see your child building core strength while laughing with their teammates, turning what could be a standard workout into the highlight of their week.
Building Strength Through Play
At Elite Squad, we treat recreational gymnastics as a social activity as much as a physical one. When children work in pairs—whether it is a 'chain roll' or a synchronized acrobatic stunt—they aren't just building coordination; they are learning to trust their partners.
Our 7,000 sq. ft. facility is equipped with safety-first gear like foam pits and crash mats, allowing kids to experiment with new movements without fear. We use creative props like hula hoops to turn conditioning exercises into games, which is perfect for kids who might find traditional workouts monotonous.
Why Our Approach Works
- Inclusive Atmosphere: Whether your child is a complete beginner or ready to try intermediate stunts, we keep our batches small to ensure everyone gets personalized attention.
- Confidence Building: We celebrate every effort. From the first time they balance on a beam to landing their first cartwheel, every milestone is a win in the 'Elite Family'.
- Social Development: Gymnastics here is about more than just flips; it is about becoming part of a community. Students learn communication and cooperation through partner-based activities.
Whether your child wants to improve flexibility, learn basic tumbling, or just burn off some energy after school, our environment ensures they feel supported. We invite you to join us and see how 'Namma' (our) community celebrates every giggle, every attempt, and every little victory in the gym.
Elite Squad Gymnastics Academy
Shivaraj and Mithun here. We started ESGA to build a true community, not just a training center. We believe that if kids aren't having fun, they aren't learning, so we have designed our recreational classes to be as much about laughter and camaraderie as they are about cartwheels and handstands.
