Jiu-Jitsu is a mental game as much as a physical one. Here, we analyze the sport, question its conventions, and build grapplers who think as well as they move.

We don't just practice the sport, we analyze it. In this discussion, our head coach Rohit breaks down why modern Jiu-Jitsu matches can be unentertaining due to stalling and flawed rule sets, proposing solutions to encourage more action. This is the critical thinking we apply to our training.

Jiu-Jitsu is a mental game as much as a physical one. This is a common sight at our institute: students gathered after a roll to break down footage, study positions, and analyze techniques. This is the deliberate and detailed study we believe in.

Meet our founder and head coach, Rohit Vasudevan. As a panelist for the Jiu-Jitsu Community Day, he shared his deep knowledge on learning methods, the differences between grappling and striking, and when to start martial arts.

Our instructor Natasha represents the new generation of dedicated competitors. At our Community Day, she spoke about the perspective of women in Jiu-Jitsu, sharing her mission to encourage more women to train and compete at a high level.

About Our Philosophy: The Detailed Study

We don't just practice the sport; we dissect it. After every roll, you'll see us gathered around the mats—not just catching our breath, but breaking down footage and debating the mechanics of a guard pass or submission. This is our 'detailed study' in action: learning the 'why' behind the move, so you can actually use it under pressure.
