About Inside the Academy: Training & Philosophy

We don't rely on random drills. I’ve developed a flowchart-based curriculum for MMA grappling and an anatomical approach to jiu-jitsu, ensuring you learn techniques that suit your body type, not generic moves. Our sparring sessions are highly controlled, focusing on technical execution so you can build your fight IQ without picking up unnecessary injuries along the way.
