Jiu-Jitsu and MMA Class Schedules
Finding time to train is half the battle. Here is exactly when we run our sessions for kids, beginners, and advanced fighters at our Sadashiva Nagar facility.
Here is our weekly class schedule. You can find the dedicated time slots for the "Juniors" program, designed for kids aged 4 to 12. I also offer a range of classes for adults, including Beginners, Advanced, and Kickboxing, so the whole family can train.
This is a sample day schedule that shows how our classes are structured. The color-coded key indicates sessions for different skill levels, including Beginners, Advanced, MMA, and Kids. Note that all morning sessions listed here are NOGI (without the traditional uniform).
This sample night schedule outlines our evening classes. We offer a variety of disciplines including Striking, Wall-Wrestling, and MMA Grappling, alongside our Fundamentals and Groundwork sessions in both GI and NOGI formats. This schedule also highlights our dedicated Women-Only classes.
About Class Schedules & Timings
We take our schedule seriously because consistency drives progress. If you are joining us for the first time, note that all our morning sessions are NOGI, and we have a strict policy: if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, you will not be allowed to step on the mat. We respect the time and effort of every student already training.
Understanding Our Training Schedule
Consistency is the difference between a hobby and real skill. Whether you are looking at our Junior programs or our advanced striking and grappling batches, the schedule is designed to keep you moving forward.
Key Class Details:
- Juniors Program (Ages 4-12): We hold these sessions between 5 PM and 8 PM. It is structured play with a purpose—coordination, self-defense, and basic control.
- Morning Batches: These are exclusively NOGI sessions. This is where we focus on fluid movement and agility, without the drag of the traditional Gi.
- Evening Batches: This is where you will find the full spectrum of our offering, including Fundamental BJJ, Striking, Wall-Wrestling, and MMA Grappling.
Why the Rules Matter
We are not a casual fitness studio. We are an institute for martial arts. Our rule regarding the 15-minute late cutoff is not about being rigid; it is about safety and focus. When you enter a class mid-way through a technical explanation or sparring session, you disrupt the flow for everyone else. Please plan to arrive early to warm up and be ready when the session starts.
How to Get Started
If you are new to martial arts, do not stress about the intensity. Our beginners' batches are designed to get you comfortable with breakfalls, positional control, and basic movements. If you want to see if this is for you, book a trial session first. It is the best way to get a feel for the mat time, the instructor style, and the squad vibe before committing to a monthly or quarterly package.
