About Featured
Sessions here are intense by design. You will run drills, work on your vertical, and practice game scenarios until the movements become instinct. We do not go easy on you, whether you are in the junior foundation batch or the elite program, because we believe your full potential lies right past that point of exhaustion. If you are looking for a place where coaches actually care about your progress and keep you accountable, you are in the right spot.
How We Train
Our approach is built on discipline and high-repetition practice. Basketball is a sport of habits, and we build those habits through a rigorous curriculum. We focus on biomechanical correctness for shooting, defensive positioning, and ball handling.
- Junior Foundation: We start with the basics—motor skills, balance, and coordination. For the younger athletes (6-12), it is about developing a love for the game while learning fundamental crossovers and layups.
- Elite High-Performance: This is for those training for district or state-level selection. We incorporate strength and conditioning (S&C) with ankle weights, weighted balls, and plyometric boxes. Sessions are 90 to 120 minutes of tactical gameplay and fitness.
- Adult & Corporate: For the adults who want to get back to the court, our sessions combine fitness drills with coached 3x3 or 5x5 scrimmages. It is a quick, efficient way to get your cardio in while playing the game you love.
