About Girls in Action: Our Women's Cricket Program

We don’t just stand in the nets. If you join us, expect to be doing tire flips, resistance band work, and ladder drills alongside your batting practice. This functional fitness is non-negotiable here because it is the only way to build the explosive power and agility needed to dominate in modern cricket. We aren't just teaching you how to hold a bat; we are teaching you how to be an athlete.

At Inningstar, we believe #girlpower isn't a slogan, it is a daily practice. I started this exclusive program because I saw too many girls being treated as an afterthought in cricket academies. Here, you get the same intensity, the same technical feedback, and the same match opportunities as anyone else.

How We Train

Our training goes beyond basic net practice. We focus on:

  • Rotational Power: We use weight plates and resistance bands to build the core strength necessary for high-speed batting.
  • Functional Fitness: You will be doing split jerks, tire flips, and agility ladders. This isn't 'boring gym stuff'; it is cricket-specific conditioning designed to improve your speed between the wickets and your throw strength.
  • Technical Correction: I use video analysis to look at your head position, your backlift, and your release point. We fix the mechanics before they become habits.
