Weekend Foundation Batch
Schedule
- Frequency: 2 days per week (Saturday & Sunday).
- Duration: 2 hour sessions (Morning or Evening slots).
- Group Size: Approx. 15-20 students per net.
Training Focus
- Equipment: Usage of soft balls and wind balls.
- Basics: Correction of bat grip and stance posture.
- Drills: Stationary cone drills for straight bat shots.
- Fitness: Agility ladder drills and reflex training.
- Fielding: Introduction to catching techniques and throwing mechanics.
Regular Intermediate Training
Operational Details
- Frequency: 3 to 4 days per week (Weekdays/Sunday).
- Duration: 2.5 to 3 hours per session.
- Equipment: Transition to Season (Leather) cricket balls.
Technical Drills
- Batting: Shadow practice for backlift and net sessions against medium pace.
- Bowling: Correction programs focusing on run-up, load-up, and release point.
- Fielding: High-repetition catching and ground fielding on dirt pitches.
Performance Analysis
- Video Review: Recording of batting/bowling actions for visual feedback.
- Coaching: Direct technical correction and progress monitoring.

My Story
Cricket for us is family, not just a sport. At INNINGSTAR, we live by 'One team, one dream'. Hum saath chale to jeetenge - that's how we roll. I’m the coach, bit crazy maybe, but normal is boring.
