"Ek baar aur koshish kar." This video captures the spirit of our academy. A player practices a diving catch, improving with each attempt because we believe nothing is impossible with persistence.
When the world tells you to give up, hope whispers, "try one more time." We instill a never give up attitude in our players, because every setback is a setup for a comeback.

About A Word from the Coach: Our Philosophy
One thing we tell every parent who walks into our Kharghar nets: stop counting the runs your child scores today. Whether your kid is 6 or 16, this is a 10 to 15 year process. Our focus is on consistency and passion, not just winning the next match. If you are looking for a place where your child learns to love the game for the long haul, let's talk.
At Inningstar Cricket Academy, we are different. We focus on the player inside, not just the technique. The game is a marathon, not a sprint, and we treat it that way. People call me the crazy coach because I refuse to be normal. Normal is boring. We push for 'Ek baar aur koshish kar' (try one more time) when a bowler is tired or a batter is struggling.
We know it is hard to watch your child struggle, but that is where the growth is. We do not just teach cover drives and outswingers; we teach resilience. Whether we are training on matting wickets in Sector 32 or turf in Sector 33, the focus remains the same: hard work beats luck every single time.
We have specialized batches for U12, U16, and our dedicated girls' academy. We do not chase quick wins because they do not last. We build foundations. If you are ready to put in the hours, you fit right in. We provide the mentorship, the video feedback to correct your stance, and the fitness drills to build your speed. But the fire? That has to come from you. Hum saath chale to jeetenge (If we walk together, we will win).
