About Behind the Scenes with Me
A shoot with me is never just about standing still and smiling on command. Whether we are at my Tilak Nagar studio or in a park nearby, I am usually the one singing rhymes or acting silly to get those real laughs. My goal is to make sure you and your little ones feel comfortable enough to just be yourselves, so the photos feel like real memories instead of staged poses.
When you look at a final photo, you see the polished result. But the hours leading up to that are filled with movement, laughter, and yes, even some chaos. That is exactly what I love to capture.
My Approach to Sessions
- Comfort Above All: I firmly believe that if you feel stressed, it shows in the pictures. Whether it is a newborn or a toddler, I always take my time. If the baby needs to feed or just a cuddle, we stop. My studio in Tilak Nagar is fully equipped for these breaks, and I never rush a session.
- It Is a Team Effort: A great photo is a collaboration. I am the photographer, but parents are the co-directors. We sing rhymes, play peek-a-boo, and bring out your favorite toys to make sure everyone is relaxed and having a good time.
- Guiding, Not Posing: I am not a fan of rigid, uncomfortable poses. I prefer to guide you into a space where you feel natural, and then I wait for the magic to happen.
If you are worried that your child might not cooperate or that you will feel awkward in front of the lens, please know that this is completely normal. Most of my clients feel that way before we start, but within ten minutes of chatting, the nerves usually fade away. We are just hanging out, and I happen to have a camera in my hand. That is where the best stories happen.
