About The Joy of Childhood: Kids Portraits
Getting a toddler to smile for the camera isn't about perfect posing, it is about patience and a little bit of play. In my sessions, we will probably sing 'Ek mota hathi' together or blow bubbles until they forget I am even holding a camera. My goal is to catch that crooked smile or the twinkle in their eye, rather than a forced expression.
Why Real Moments Matter
Kids are unpredictable, and honestly, that is the best part. I have fallen flat on my face trying to get a toddler to laugh, but it is worth it when the resulting photo captures their pure, unfiltered joy. My approach is simple: I do not force static poses. Instead, I direct activities, play games, and create a space where your child feels safe to be themselves.
Flexible Shoots for Every Personality
Whether you want a classic, clean portrait in my home studio in Chembur or a candid, lifestyle session at a nearby park, we can make it happen. I love the variety that outdoor shoots bring: the natural light at golden hour, the space to run around with bubbles, and the freedom for kids to explore. If your child is more comfortable in their own environment, I also do at-home sessions.
