PSA Trials and Advanced Canine Achievements
These trials represent the ultimate test of my training methods, proving that with discipline and focus, even high-energy breeds like Pitbulls can excel on the international stage.
Receiving the PSA PDC certificate at the Max Memorial Trial in Delhi. Competing in these events is how we validate our training methods against international standards.
A close-up of my champion, Thor. He is a perfect example of how an American Pitbull can excel in protection sports with the right training and handling.
To celebrate Thor's historic achievement, I had this custom figurine made. It's a great reminder of what's possible with hard work and dedication.
This is Thor's obedience portion from his PSA PDC trial. You can see the focus and precision required, performing commands like 'Platz' (down) and 'Aus' (out) from a distance.
A glimpse from the PSA Ranbhumi Trials in Ahmedabad. Participating in events across the country helps us stay sharp and learn from the best in the sport.
A clip from a Delhi PSA Club event, showing a Belgian Malinois performing a courage test. The dog must engage the decoy, release on command ('Out'), and return to the handler.
About PSA Trials & Achievements
Unlike basic obedience, PSA trials put a dog's nerves to the ultimate test. It is about precision under pressure—performing a perfect 'Platz' or 'Aus' command while a decoy is pressuring the dog in a bite suit. If you are looking for this level of reliability, you must understand that this sport demands as much discipline from the handler as it does from the dog.
PSA (Protection Sports Association) is where training gets real. It is not about tricks; it is about courage, control, and absolute obedience under extreme distraction. When you see me in the bite suit acting as a decoy, I am not just playing. I am safely testing the dog's drive, targeting, and, most importantly, the reliability of the 'Out' command.
My American Pitbull, Thor, became the first in India to clear the PSA PDC on a full bite suit. That was not luck; it was months of consistency. Whether it is the Ranbhumi Trials in Ahmedabad or a local Delhi PSA club event, these trials help me validate that my techniques work. If you want to train your dog for sport or high-level protection, you need to be prepared for the work. We do not use harsh methods; we use drive, focus, and clear communication.
We train in various environments, including at night and in public spaces, to ensure your dog remains calm, controlled, and ready to act only when commanded. This is the standard I hold myself and every dog I train to.
