Personal Protection Training & Bite Work in Delhi
Training strong-minded dogs for safety and command control. We focus on building a deep bond while mastering essential protection skills for high-drive breeds.
This is the level of focus and control we train for. Here, our main decoy, Raju bhaiya, is working with a Belgian Malinois on bite engagement using the 'Pakad!' command, followed by a controlled hold. Notice how the dog is fully committed but also responsive to the handler.
Control is everything in protection sports. Here, Raju bhaiya guides a young Malinois, teaching it to carry the bite sleeve while heeling calmly. This exercise builds drive and obedience simultaneously, ensuring the dog works with the handler as a team.
This is a snapshot of a high-drive training session where the dog is learning to target and engage with the decoy. This type of decoy work is crucial for building a dog's confidence and teaching it to respond effectively under pressure.
Indoor training scenarios help a dog generalize its protection skills to different environments. In this clip, the dog engages with a decoy wearing a full bite suit inside a home, learning to respond to a threat in a confined space while obeying commands like 'Loose'.
Field training allows us to work on speed, agility, and engagement from a distance. Here, a decoy uses movement and a stick to simulate a real-world threat, teaching the dog to stay focused and committed until the job is done.
About Personal Protection & Bite Work
Before any protection work starts, we check your dog’s drive and temperament. My main decoy, Raju bhaiya, uses professional bite sleeves to test focus under pressure. The most important part of this training is not the bite; it is the 'Loose' or 'Out' command, which ensures your dog can engage when needed but instantly switches back to a calm companion.
People often think protection training is about making a dog aggressive. That is wrong. Real protection work is about extreme control. When a dog has a strong prey drive, like a Belgian Malinois, they need an outlet. If you do not give them structure, they find their own trouble.
We use the 'Pakad!' (Hold) command to teach engagement and the 'Out!' command to teach release. This is not for every dog. We only take on dogs that are ready for this level of intensity. My decoy, Raju bhaiya, is critical here. He reads the dog's body language better than anyone I know. He uses agitation sticks and sleeves to build confidence, not fear.
Is this training safe? Absolutely, because it is structured. We do not use hitting or anger. It is purely about prey drive and impulse control. If a dog can be calm when the bite sleeve is in front of them, they can be calm when you are walking them on a busy South Delhi street.
Who should sign up? This is for owners who understand that a working breed needs a job. If you have a high-energy dog that is getting bored or destructive, this might be the focus they are missing. We travel across Delhi NCR to work with you.
If you are serious about your dog’s safety and want to build a real working bond, get in touch. Let us see if your dog has what it takes.
