Foam Rolling for Muscle Release
These sessions are dedicated to proper foam rolling techniques. I guide the group through routines that target common runner problem areas to release muscle knots, reduce soreness, and improve circulation for faster recovery.
Mobility & Yoga for Runners
We focus on improving flexibility and mobility in the areas runners need it most like the hips, hamstrings, and back. Sessions mix dynamic stretching with yoga poses suitable for everyone from beginners to seasoned marathoners.
Strength & Activation
A strong runner is a resilient runner. These sessions use bodyweight exercises, resistance bands, and light weights to build functional strength that directly translates to better running form and injury prevention.
Pool Recovery Sessions
We occasionally take our recovery to the pool for special low impact sessions. The natural resistance and buoyancy of water helps soothe tired muscles and joints, making it a perfect and fun way to recover after a tough week of training.
