About Find Your Calm & Strength
Unlike standard gym-based yoga, our classes are held in an air-conditioned studio with laminate wooden flooring, which makes those longer holds a lot more comfortable. Since we focus on smaller batch sizes, you get genuine personal attention even if you are a complete beginner who can't touch your toes yet.
Our Approach to Yoga
At Hum & Strum, we know Whitefield life gets busy. Stress aur tension ko side mein rakho (put stress and tension aside) — that is our mantra here. Whether you have never unrolled a mat before or you are just looking for a consistent practice, we are all about the vibe. This is not about competition or showing off who can stretch the furthest. It is just a space for you to breathe, move, and find your own headspace.
Schedule & Flexibility
We keep it simple to help you build a habit. Join us every Wednesday and Saturday from 5 PM to 6 PM. It is perfect for unwinding mid-week or setting the tone for your weekend.
- Monthly Standard Pass: Perfect if you are just starting, covering 8 sessions per month.
- Quarterly Saver Plan: Ideal for those ready to commit, offering price protection and 24 to 26 sessions over three months.
- Makeup Policy: We know life happens. If you give us 24 hours notice, you can utilize makeup credits for missed sessions.
What to Expect
Our studio is an AC-equipped multipurpose hall, so you will not be dealing with Bangalore’s heat while you are trying to find your focus. The wooden flooring offers better thermal comfort for floor poses compared to standard tiles. Just remember to bring your own mat (BYOM) and a water bottle.
