About Bollywood & Bhangra Grooves
You do not need to be a professional dancer to join this class. My sessions focus on high-energy movement where we shake it until we make it, so whether you are a beginner or a regular, you can follow the rhythm of our Bollywood and Bhangra tracks at your own pace.
We keep things fresh by mixing popular Bollywood chartbusters with high-tempo Punjabi tracks. The structure is simple: a warm-up to get your heart rate up, 45 minutes of non-stop dance cardio, and a cool-down stretch. You can expect to burn between 500 to 800 calories per session without ever feeling like a standard gym workout.
Most members come for the community vibe as much as the fitness. You will find a judgment-free space here, which is why I often say this is cheaper than therapy. We incorporate viral dance challenges and traditional Bhangra moves, ensuring no two sessions feel the same. This is all about celebrating yourself, letting go of stress, and getting that glow.
