This is our bestseller and a true South Indian classic. Made by slow roasting dals and red chilies, our Molgapudi has that perfect `pataka` or spicy kick, which we balance with other spices for a rich, nutty flavour. It's incredibly versatile and can be used to liven up idlis, dosas, uttapams, or simply mixed with rice and ghee for a quick, comforting meal.
