Menu Composition
- Base: Choice of Flavored Rice (Veg Pulav/Ghee Rice) or Plain Rice with Rasam/Sambar.
- Breads: 2 Phulkas or 1 Rumali Roti.
- Mains (Choose 1): Paneer Butter Masala/Dal Fry (Veg) OR Chicken Curry/Chicken Kabab (Non-Veg).
- Sides: Signature Brinjal Gravy, Raitha, or Fresh Green Salad.
- Dessert: 1 portion of Sweet (Payasam or Gulab Jamun).
Packaging & Service
- Container: 5 or 8-compartment disposable black plastic meal tray with clear seal-proof lid.
- Hygiene: Prepared in a hairnet-mandatory kitchen and sealed for safety.
- Essentials: Wooden/plastic spoon and tissue included inside the box.

Got a team celebration or a big office event? We handle everything from setup to serving, for groups as small as 30 or as big as 2000. Our chefs know their way around North Indian, South Indian, Chinese, Continental, Tandoori, and Coastal food. You’ll see the spread - biryanis, kababs, gravies, salads, desserts, the works.

I'm Suresh Kumar Mohan, running Holy Lights Kitchen from the heart for 13 years. Food is my way of celebrating life - big weddings or just a small family lunch, we bring our best. We've cooked all over Bangalore, and now, opening our first breakfast outlet in HBR layout is a dream come true. For me, it's simple - serve healthy, tasty food people trust for their special days.
