We believe in celebrating everything, from Holi to Pongal! Join our noisy gang for a whirlwind of stories, traditional crafts, and yummy festive treats that turn every celebration into a grand adventure for your little ones.

Trumpet over for an ele-phantastic time! Our Ganesh Chaturthi celebration is always a hit, filled with Ganesha stories, peepal leaf art, designing rangolis, and even making delicious modaks.

We celebrated the Chinese New Year and the Year of the Snake with stories from China, cool crafts, and fortune cookies. The kids even tried eating with chopsticks and learned about their Chinese horoscope animal.

Our annual Sankranti Harvest Celebrations are a feast for the senses. We have traditional storytelling, dancing, a Pongal pot boiling over, a Lohri bonfire, and of course, scrumptious festive food.

Dussehra Dhamaka at Hippocampus! We celebrate the victory of good over evil with stories, dandiya dancing, adorable crafts, and a visit to our special gollu pandal. It's a day of festive joy and learning.

Get ready for an Adipoli Onam! We welcome everyone with jasmine flowers and sandalwood to celebrate with stories of King Mahabali, painting with flowers, and dancing the Pulikali tiger dance.

HOLI HAI! Our Holi party is a kaleidoscope of fun. We tell the story of Holi, play with organic colors and flower petals, and enjoy lip-smacking sweets. It's all about celebrating spring and color.

For the Year of the Dragon, we dove into Chinese culture with a fantastic festival. The kids made 3D dragons, created lanterns, and even had a dragon parade around the library.

Pongalo Pongal! We gather around the pot to watch the sweet Pongal boil over, a tradition we love sharing. The day is filled with flower art, painting miniature pots, and stories about the harvest festival from all over India.

About Festive Fun & Cultural Celebrations

Forget sitting still and listening to lectures! At our festival events, kids get hands-on—they might be painting tiny clay pots for Sankranti, learning the tiger dance steps for Onam, or watching a real Pongal pot boil over. Every session is designed to keep even the wiggliest kids engaged with movement, traditional stories, and yes, tasty snacks to end the day.
