At Hoo Hippocampus, we treat reading like an adventure, not homework. I want kids to pick up books because they're curious and excited, not just because someone told them to. If you hear laughter and book pages turning, you know you're in the right place.

- Reading BINGO for little ones (2-6 yrs): fun dares like “build a pillow fort and read inside” or “read with a grandparent.”
- Spine Poetry & Book Cover Art (7-15 yrs): make poems with book titles, design wild new covers - your imagination’s the limit.
- Saturday stories are never quiet: Mathemagical tales, Under the Sea crafts, even solving riddles with Vikram and Betal.
- Festive spirit: Holi Hai! Pongalo Pongal! We’ll find any excuse to celebrate with stories and activities.
Tiny Bookworms Welcome
- Book Picnics for babies and toddlers (15-30 months): stories, snacks, songs, and giggles.
- Even the wiggliest kids fit in with our Music & Movement sessions - lots of rhythm, not much sitting still.

My Story
Hey! We’re Hoo Hippocampus, not your regular shhh-library. Kids here don’t tiptoe – they shout HOLI HAI! and get messy with crafts, meet authors, make fairy wings, and join wild Harry Potter parties. Started with just a wild idea: books and fun, always together. Every festival, every story, we celebrate big. We want every kid to feel like family and find joy in reading. Come join our noisy book gang!
