A shot from a stage performance. Capturing the right pose and attitude is just as important as the movement itself.
Another moment from a live performance. The goal is to connect with the audience and bring the energy of the music to life on stage.
A moment from a training session focusing on floorwork. Getting low and using the floor is a key element of many hip-hop styles.
Here I am demonstrating a floorwork transition during a training session. Building strength in these positions is crucial for clean execution.

About Workshops, Training & More
When you join my sessions, we do not just learn steps; we work on control. Whether it is refining Russian footwork or building core strength for floorwork transitions, I make sure we strip back the routine to focus on the mechanics. You get honest feedback on your movement because, in my classes, we are here to build real skill, not just mirror choreography.
Building Your Foundations
My training approach is simple: you cannot freestyle or perform if your foundation is messy. We dedicate significant time to technical drills, such as Heel Switches and Slide Glides, to ensure your body understands the rhythm before we start the routine. If you are struggling with specific moves, we break them down until they feel natural.
Why Small Batches?
I conduct classes with small groups of 10 to 15 students. This is intentional. In a larger crowd, it is easy to hide in the back and mask mistakes. Here, you get personal correction on your stance, your balance, and your timing. Whether you are a total beginner or a dancer looking to sharpen your technique, the environment remains high-energy and supportive.
What to Expect
- Conditioning: Every session includes 10 to 15 minutes of lower-body strength work and single-leg balancing. It keeps you agile.
- Technique: We focus on floorwork, Russian footwork, and clean transitions. This gives you the versatility needed for cyphers and battles.
- Choreography: We apply the drills to trending hip-hop tracks. We focus on sync, formations, and performance quality.
