I am Hemanth, also known as HE-Mantis. This is my hip-hop world, from foundational drills to Namma Bengaluru community vibes. Here is how we train, battle, and grow together.

If your freestyle feels stuck, it might be your footwork. I believe in building from the ground up, starting with clean step placements and energetic bounces. This is how we find your flow, step-by-step.

Here's a look at my adults' batch in action. We focus on getting the choreography clean, staying in sync, and performing with confidence. The energy is always supportive, no matter your level.

Messy footwork? Let's fix that. In my classes, we drill fundamentals like the Toe Tap, Heel Slide Glide, and Two-Step Bounce until they become second nature. Clean technique is the key to powerful movement.

Control in dance comes from strength. I incorporate essential lower body conditioning like lunges, single-leg balancing, and Russian footwork drills to build power and agility in every student.

This is where I test my skills, in the battle cypher. The energy from competitions is something I bring back to every class, teaching you how to perform under pressure and connect with the music.

Dancing with my crew, the Bangalore Hustlers. This piece shows how we play with formations and sync to create a powerful group dynamic. Hip-hop is about community and creating together.

I was proud to place as a runner-up at the Indian Hip Hop Nation national qualifier. I'm always pushing myself to grow as a dancer, and I bring that same mindset to my students.

Bringing some Namma Bengaluru flavor with this routine to a Kannada track. In my classes, we explore all kinds of hip-hop, including choreography that connects with our local culture.

About Featured

If you think hip-hop is just about the moves, come to my class and we will fix that. We start every session with 15 minutes of conditioning, including lunges and Russian footwork, before we even touch choreography. This specific strength training is the only way to get the clean, controlled footwork you see in these videos.
