This is the energy of a live battle. I'm in the zone, surrounded by the community, with the Indian flag behind me. This is what hip-hop is all about: expression, skill, and pure vibe.

This says it all for me: Dance is greater than therapy. When things get heavy, this is where I put all my energy. It's my way of fighting overthinking and finding my center.

Being a part of the Red Bull Dance Your Style National Final was a huge moment. Competing on a stage like this is a reminder of how far the Indian hip-hop scene has come.

It was an honor to battle the legendary Chrybaby Cozie. Reaching the semi finals just seven months after my patella surgery felt like a huge win. This is proof that with the right mindset, you can overcome anything.

The energy at my Lucknow workshop was incredible. Seeing so many dancers, from beginners to pros, come together to learn and vibe is why I love teaching. This is the community we are building.
