Our classes go beyond just learning steps, so expect to put in actual work from day one. We focus heavily on conditioning your wrists, shoulders, and core, which is non-negotiable for landing power moves or flips safely later on. Even if you are just starting, your first session will involve these strength drills because that is how you build the base to actually move like a b-boy instead of just mimicking the motions.
Train for the Stage, Not the Mirror
At The Hiphop Elements, we treat every session like a mini-jam. Whether you are in our South Delhi (Jangpura) studio or our Noida classes, the focus remains the same: real culture, real energy, and real progress. We don't just teach choreography; we train you for the cypher.
What to Expect in Our Batches:
- Foundations First: Beginners start with top rock, footwork basics, and basic freezes. We break these down into simple steps so you don't feel lost.
- Conditioning: You will be doing cardio and mobility drills. Breaking is physically demanding, and we prioritize injury prevention so you can keep dancing long-term.
- Advanced Growth: For those ready to level up, we move into power moves like windmills, headspins, and tricks. We use crash mats and provide hands-on spotting for safety.
- Battle Readiness: We hold cyphers at the end of sessions. This is where you get comfortable freestyling and building your personal style.
Programs for Everyone:
- Young Movers (Ages 5-12): This isn't just about dance, it's about building confidence and coordination through rhythm and safe gymnastics. We keep it fun, engaging, and focused on building the 'Breaking Mindset'.
- Adult & Teen Training: Whether you are looking for fitness or want to get serious about b-boying, our structured 8-12 class monthly packs cover everything from basic foundation to advanced power moves.
We document your progress via video analysis so you can see where to improve your form. By the end of your training cycle, you will be performance-ready for our summer recitals. If you are ready to put in the work, we have a spot for you.
