About Intense Flexibility & Stunt Training
Flexibility training here is raw and real—you will sweat, and you might even cry a little, but those splits simply won't happen otherwise. We use manual assisted stretching, chair-supported drills, and gymnastic conditioning to get you results that you cannot achieve by stretching alone at home. This is where you transform your body control, not just your dance steps.
