Unique & Artistic Mehandi Designs
Mehndi is a canvas for your personal story. From traditional Warli folk art to modern travel-themed skylines, I create designs that reflect your personality and quirks.
I love incorporating different art forms into my mehndi. This design features traditional Warli art, with its characteristic stick figures depicting scenes of village life, set within a geometric layout.
A travel-themed design for a globetrotting couple. One arm features the Eiffel Tower and other Parisian landmarks, while the other showcases a different city skyline, connected by a dotted flight path.
Your mehndi can reflect your personality. This fun design was for a client who loves wine and birds, so I combined them into a unique and personal piece with her initials.
The rich, dark stain of the Warli art design. The geometric shapes and simple figures of the Warli paintings look even more striking with the deep henna color.
About Unique & Artistic Styles
When you choose a custom, artistic design, we start by picking elements that define your personality, such as a favorite hobby or a specific travel memory. Because these patterns are narrative-heavy, I recommend reaching out well before your event to allow time for sketching out your unique story before we apply the henna.
Designing something unique is about moving beyond standard motifs. Whether you want to incorporate Warli folk art figures, a skyline from your favorite city, or quirky symbols that represent your relationship, I work with you to map these elements onto your palms.
My Creative Process
- Concept: We discuss your story, symbols, and preferred art style.
- Sketching: I plan the layout to ensure it flows naturally with your hand contours.
- Application: Precision work using 100% natural henna paste, known for deep, rich stains.
Style Variations
- Warli Art: Perfect for geometric, earthy, and traditional-folk aesthetics.
- Travel Themes: Skylines and landmarks work exceptionally well on forearm-length designs.
- Quirky Motifs: Initials, wine glasses, pets, or hobbies can be integrated into the mesh or central mandala.
Since I am Mumbai-based, I regularly travel across the city for these sessions. If you are planning a destination event, I am available to travel pan-India to ensure your hands tell your specific story.
