From divine Radha-Krishna portraits to festive Karwa Chauth motifs, I create mehandi that honors tradition and captures the spirit of your celebration.

A divine portrayal of Radha and Krishna enjoying a dance, with a Garba theme. This design is perfect for Navratri or for anyone who feels a deep connection to their eternal love story.

The divine couple, Shiv and Parvati, depicted in a powerful and loving embrace. Creating portraits of deities is a meditative process, and I aim to capture their grace and energy in every line.

A special design for Karwa Chauth, featuring two peacocks gazing at the moon. The intricate patterns on the fingers and palm complete this festive look, perfect for the day of fasting and celebration.

Celebrating Janmashtami with the playful image of Bal Krishna stealing butter. This narrative design is filled with joy and devotion, a perfect way to honor the birth of Kanha.

Another Janmashtami special, this design shows a young Krishna with his matkas of butter, a peacock feather, and his flute. It's a simple yet beautiful tribute for the festival.

Happy Diwali. A simple diya design to bring light and joy to the festival. Even a small touch of henna can make a celebration feel more special.

This design was for a God Dhana ceremony, a pre-wedding ritual. I included a one rupee coin and a coconut (nariyal) in the center of the palm to symbolize prosperity and blessings for the new beginning.

The final, rich stain of a Radha Krishna design. The deep color brings out the details of Krishna playing his flute and the couple's initials, S and M, on the other hand.

"Tum Prem Ho." You are love. A beautiful Radha Krishna design for a bride, capturing their divine romance under a traditional jharokha.

The process of creating a portrait of Lord Krishna. It requires a steady hand and a lot of focus to get the expression and details just right.

About Festival & Deity Designs

Creating deity portraits like Radha-Krishna or Shiv-Parvati isn't just about drawing lines; it requires precise 3D shading to capture facial expressions and grace properly. Because these designs are highly intricate and require my full focus to maintain symmetry and detail, I recommend booking at least a week in advance for major festivals to ensure I can give your pattern the time it deserves.

The Art of Storytelling in Henna

When I work on festival designs, my goal is to blend classic iconography with the specific energy of the occasion. For a Janmashtami booking, that means prioritizing elements like a bansuri (flute) or a peacock feather alongside a portrait of Bal Krishna. For Karwa Chauth, I focus on symbols that resonate with the fast, like the moon, sieve, or diya.

Material & Technique

I rely on 100% natural organic henna paste for all my festival work. It takes a bit more patience to dry, but it delivers that deep, rich maroon stain that traditional motifs demand. If you have an event where you are pressed for time, let me know, and I can suggest alternatives, but for these detailed deity pieces, natural henna is always my choice for the best results.

Aftercare for Lasting Colour

  • Keep it dry: Avoid water for the first 8-10 hours.
  • Seal it: I provide a lemon-sugar sealant spray during the application, but keeping the mehandi warm helps the oxidation process.
  • Natural Heat: Once you scrape off the dried henna, avoid washing with soap immediately. A gentle rub with coconut or mustard oil helps the colour darken beautifully over the next 24 hours.

Whether you want a traditional Shiva-Parvati portrait on your palm or a simple, elegant diya motif for Diwali, my focus is on making the design feel like a personal blessing.
