About Bridal Mehndi
Why Mehndi Is More Than Just Decoration
After 15 years drawing mehndi, I know it's not only about pretty hands. It's memories, blessings, and your whole story - right there in henna. Sometimes, I get emotional when brides trust me with these moments. As my dadi always says, 'Saiyami vichre sidhina shikhre' (patience and devotion bring success) - I really live by that.
Your Story, Your Design
Bridal mehndi should be as unique as your love story. I love doing story-based bridal mehndi - you want your proposal, your dog, or your favourite vada pav? Bol (tell me)! I've drawn portraits of couples, whole baraats, skylines from Dubai to Mumbai, and even tiny slices of pizza. Old-school rules don’t scare me - chal hatt! (get lost!) We’ll mix tradition with your quirks.
Styles for Every Bride
- Royal vibes: palaces, jharokhas, full-on baraat scenes
- Classic: peacocks, elephants, lotus, dhol-shahenai, kalash
- Modern bride mehndi patterns: clean lines, geometric shapes, minimal accents
- Semi-bridal for those who want less figurative
- Engagement mehndi also available
Getting That Perfect Stain
I use my own natural henna for deep colour - takes about 24-48 hours to develop. If you’re in a rush, instant red mehndi is possible. Pro tip: sprinkle talcum powder after application for faster drying, no smudges.

My Story
Hey, I’m Helly. Mumbai is home, but my mehandi travels wherever you want. Been at this for 15 years, and honestly, every new hand is like a fresh canvas. I get a kick out of weaving real stories into the designs—family, inside jokes, all of it. Had the chance to do mehandi for Jain Diksharthi's once, and it hit me deep. ‘Saiyami vichre sidhina shikhre’ (wander with restraint, reach the top)—that’s how I work. Let’s make your story part of my art.
My Work
All Types of Mehandi Art - Bridal, minimalist, grooms, festival—whatever you want, I’ve got you covered.
Your Story in Henna - Specialty in portrait henna art, custom designs with your memories and quirks.
Tradition Meets Modern - Love classic motifs, but I’ll mix it up for you. Spiritual Jain diksha mehandi too.
15 Years of Experience - Quality henna, deep stains, Mumbai-based, but I travel for your big day.
