A practical note on all practices: for any of these modules, whether it is a guided meditation or a Hatha Yoga session, please ensure you have an empty stomach. We require a gap of at least 1.5 to 2.5 hours after a full meal to ensure the body is physically prepared for the process.

- Guided Meditation (Miracle of Mind): This is a simple, effective way to start if you are new to meditation. It takes just seven minutes a day and helps in managing stress and anxiety.
- Free Yoga Sessions: I conduct modules like Yoga for Mental Wellbeing and Yoga for Success for schools, colleges, and offices in Delhi NCR. These sessions are about 45-60 minutes and do not require prior experience.
- Specialized Workshops: For those looking to address physical health, I teach the Yoga Namaskar sequence. This 90-minute intensive workshop focuses on spinal health, joint lubrication, and activating the lumbar region.
