My Story
Been at this for 12 years, but still feels like the start. Yoga for me isn’t just bending and stretching - it’s Mithahara, discipline, and feeling connected. Never had coffee or tea, just water and fresh juice. My podcast 'ನನ್ನ್ ಭಾರತ' (Nann Bharath) is my way to keep spirituality simple. I love making sendige with amma, celebrating with Ottu Shavige, and teaching kids. Mindfulness, patience, and compassion matter more than anything. Life’s about growing, glowing, and being real.
