This is me, Harshaa. I believe in being led by the dreams in your heart, not the fears in your mind. My goal is to share my passion for dance and create a happy, supportive space for everyone.
About Meet The Instructor
I am not here to count reps or chase perfection. I am here because I know what it feels like to juggle injuries, bad days, and the pressure to look a certain way. My classes are a safe space to sweat, make mistakes, and actually have fun while you are at it.
I have had my fair share of 'kya soch raha tha?' moments and a rough shoulder injury that nearly benched me. But quitting? That is just not my style. I started this journey because fitness should not feel like a chore or a constant hustle. Whether it is a weekend dance workshop or a personalized strength routine, my approach is simple: keep it real. We embrace the days you feel bloated, the days you are tired, and everything in between. My goal is to build a community where you can laugh at your fumbles, nail that hook step, and leave feeling a little stronger than when you walked in. If you are looking for a coach who gets that life happens, you are in the right place.
