Dance Reels and Solo Choreography Workshops
Sometimes you just need to dance it out. Whether it's a high-energy Bollywood track or a slow, graceful vibe, come find your fitoor at my studio sessions.
Just feeling the 'Chaliya' fever in the studio. This is the kind of high energy, commercial Bollywood routine that we often learn in our Dance Fit sessions. It's a great way to get your heart pumping.
I just love the 'vatavaran' of this song. A quick, fun solo reel where I'm just enjoying the music and the moment in the studio.
A simple, graceful solo piece in a white kurta. This shows a softer, more expressive side of Bollywood dance, focusing on fluid movements and storytelling.
A 'pathaka' choreography to shake off the stress. This is me just having fun with some powerful, groovy moves on a Thursday.
An impromptu solo reel recorded by a friend. Sometimes the best dance moments are unplanned, when you just feel the music and start moving.
A fierce and fun solo performance. I'm channeling all my energy into this routine, playing with different expressions and powerful moves.
A smooth and simple choreography for a trending song. This is a great example of how easy it can be to learn a few cool moves and feel the rhythm.
About this collection
Think you have two left feet? Good. These sessions aren't about precision—they are about getting comfortable with the rhythm. We spend the first part of the class breaking down the hook steps of a trending Bollywood track, and by the end, you are filming your own reel in the studio. It is messy, it is loud, and you will fumble, but that is the fun part.
Whether it is a quick Bolly-Hop routine or a semi-classical flow, I keep the choreography accessible. The studio at Maxburn 2.0 in Koramangala is our base, where we block out noise and focus on the beat. You do not need years of training; you just need to show up.
My teaching style is straightforward. We dissect the song into 8-count beats, practice, and laugh at our mistakes until the transitions feel natural. Once we have the routine down, we turn on the studio lighting and record. Some people keep the footage for themselves, others post it—the goal is just to feel good in your own body.
These sessions are ideal if you have been wanting to try dance but feel intimidated by formal classes. We are not training for a stage performance, and we are not judging technique. It is just 120 minutes of sweating it out and finding your flow. If you are a total beginner or just looking for a way to shake off the weekday stress, this is your space.
