People call me 'Sikander' around here for a reason. I believe the real change starts when you feel like quitting. That’s where I come in—I’m not just counting your reps, I’m making sure you don’t stop when it gets tough.

What Training Looks Like With Me

  • Every session, I’m right there, pushing you through intense workouts. No distractions, no skipping reps.
  • I’ll fix your form, hands-on, so you don’t get injured and every rep counts. Galat tareeke se mat karo, main side pe hoon (Don’t do it wrong, I’m right there).
  • Whether your goal is muscle gain or fat loss, we’ll set up a nutrition plan for hardgainers or those looking to get lean—no random diets, just what your body needs.

Inside the Gym

  • Expect a mix of strength moves and hypertrophy training—squats, bench, cables, all the big stuff that builds real muscle.
  • I push my clients with things like 100-rep sets. You’ll hate me during, but thank me after.
  • If you’re prepping for a show, I also do competition posing practice so you look your best.

Beyond Workouts

  • I’ll guide you on supplement choices, nothing fake, just real advice from my years with brands like GNC.
  • Safety is non-negotiable. I spot you, adjust you, and make sure you go hard—without breaking down.

My Story

Bachpan mein cycle, aaj BMW - sab mehnat ka nateeja hai. Father sahab, bhabhi, aur mera team - yeh sab mere backbone hain. Gym openings mein Kannauj walo ka pyar, Saharanpur ki bheed - sab asli hai, paisa nahi. Zindagi crazy hai, har din nayi jagah. Lekin sabse important hai bhaichara. Apne bhaiyo ko sath le kar chalo, fir zindagi badalti hai. Hum saath khate hain, kaam karte hain, upar bhi saath jayenge. Insha'Allah.
