You will not find fluff here. I push my clients through 100-rep failure sets and intense manual spotting because growth happens outside the comfort zone. Whether we are fixing your deadlift form or conditioning your physique for a Mr. North India stage, the goal is the same—building a physique that stands out from the crowd.
My training system isn't about counting reps. It is about total body transformation through the Sikander method. When you train with me, you are not just getting a workout plan, you are getting an identity shift.
The Protocol
We follow a 6-day split at my base gyms in Maujpur and Baghpat. My training protocol is old-school bodybuilding—heavy compound lifts, push/pull/legs splits, and high-volume training. If your form is sloppy, we stop. We fix it until every rep is perfect, ensuring you don't just lift heavy but lift safely.
Nutrition That Works
I don't believe in fancy, expensive diets that you can't stick to. I build high-protein plans around the food you are already eating: eggs, chicken, paneer, and local staples. If you are a hardgainer, we stack. If you are prepping for a competition, we monitor your water, salt, and carb intake down to the final week. I guide you on supplements like Whey and Creatine only when they are actually needed, never for the sake of it.

If your goal is the stage, I handle everything. From posing choreography and transition flows to tanning advice and backstage support, I ensure you look your absolute best. I have trained Mr. North India champions, and I know exactly what it takes to get you that trophy.
