This is a six-week ritual designed to beat the heat and break your mental barriers. We don't just run; we train to endure, to suffer, and to emerge stronger on the other side.

The culmination of our six-week running festival, Fatigue Training 4.0. 85 participants from across the country turned "impossible" into "I'm possible." This is the power of grit and community.

The story of a 210 KM week. Rajeev didn't just run 30 KM for 7 days straight; he ran one hard decision, seven mornings in a row. This reel is a record of his incredible resolve during Fatigue Training.

From 3K to 75K in a week. Listen to the finishers of Fatigue Training 4.0 share their stories of breaking through mental barriers and discovering what they are truly capable of.

About this collection

Fatigue Training is not for the casual runner looking for a quick fix. It is a six-week commitment that culminates in a final week of seven consecutive daily runs. You will learn to manage physical fatigue, fuel on the fly, and silence the voice in your head that screams for you to stop. Before you join, understand that this program demands your consistency—no excuses, just mileage.

The War with Fatigue

We do not measure this program in medals or records. We measure it in presence. The Fatigue Training program is a six-week structured festival of grit. We tackle the 'Beat the Heat' challenge not to test your speed, but to force your body to adapt to brutal conditions.

The Final Challenge Week

Every program ends with the final week: 7 consecutive days of running. Whether you are running 7km or 42km daily, the requirement is the same: you show up. You run on tired legs. You run through the humidity. You run when your brain tells you to quit. This is where the 'impossible' becomes 'I am possible.'

Why You Need This

Most runners train for the perfect day. We train for the bad days. My coaching framework integrates:

  • Fatigue Management: Learning how to push when you are empty.
  • Mental Grit: Building the discipline to wake up and run again, even after a 30km effort the day prior.
  • Tribe Accountability: You are not alone. You train with a crew that shares the road, the sweat, and the finish line.

Logistics & Location

We operate primarily across the Delhi NCR region, with our home base in Sector 55, Gurugram. This is a coached, supervised environment. You get hydration support, route marking for long runs, and on-ground coaching. We don't do virtual shortcuts. We meet, we sweat, and we finish together.
